Returns are applicable only for:
• Damages or defects upon receiving the delivery
• Wrong item received (you did not receive the product you ordered)
If any of the above conditions are met, please contact us, and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
The Return Process
Step 1: Initiating the Return
Our team will arrange a pick-up for the damaged or incorrect item from your location. Please repack the product in its original packaging, ensuring it has not been tampered with in any way. Once picked up, we will send you a store credit note via WhatsApp for your proof of return.
Step 2: Inspection of the Item
Once the item is received at our office, we will inspect it to verify your claim. If your claim is valid, we will proceed to the next step.
Step 3: Refund or Replacement
You will be given two options:
• Full Refund: If you choose a refund, we will request your bank details and transfer the amount to you within 24 hours.
• Replacement: If you opt for a replacement, we will dispatch your new product within 24 hours, and it will be delivered to your doorstep within 24-48 hours. Additionally, as an apology for the inconvenience, we will provide you with a store credit of Rs.1000.
Return Policy is NOT applicable for:
• Change of mind
• Failure to check product details on the website prior to purchase
• Orders exceeding 14 days since delivery
Returns Rejection Criteria:
• If the product packaging is not intact or has been damaged by the customer, returns will not be accepted.
• If our inspection finds no damage or defect as claimed by the customer, the return will not be approved.
Transport Costs:
• If the return claim is valid, Ceylon Evertop will bear all transport costs related to picking up and delivering the replacement product or processing the refund.
• If the return claim is rejected, the customer will bear the two-way transport cost (for both the pickup and the return). The cost will be communicated to you in such cases.
• Customers also have the option to collect the item from our office by setting an appointment.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges as a standard policy. However, exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us. Exchanges are only permitted for products of the same or higher price range and cannot be done for items of a lower value.
